This was a fast install Took less than an hour. They were always in contact with me letting me know when they could schedule me in.

The representative was very professional. They explained the whole process and how the Gutter Helmet works. I wish I gotten this done earlier. I appreciate that they gave me the option to do part of the job and continue another time. I highly recommend this service!

In 2009 I spent more than $10,000 on Gutter Helmet. Recently the ice got under the flashing that attaches and then snow and ice slide under the flashing bending it up. I called gutter helmet to come out to repair under warranty and they said we didn’t install your gutter helmet. so I dug through 10 yrs of records to find the purchase order and gave them the information. In the mean time we have more snow and ice and the weight of it , because of the flashing acts like a dam ,starts to pull the fascia off the house. They said someone would be out in three weeks to examine the situation. He will call an hour in advance. On the date the guy just shows up no call in advance and starts making up stories about computer glitch and reason for no call. Then he wants to charge me almost $4000 to fix the problem because the fascia board coming off caused the problem. I told him the fascia board is a result of the problem Three lies on one job is below zero stars. It has been a terrible experience dealing with these people. The warranty is absolutely worthless

I had an overall positive experience with the Gutter Helmet team. I worked with Eric, who was professional and guided me through the process. When there were a couple of minor hiccups during installation, they were quickly resolved via a quick call to Eric. I would recommend the product and company.

It works perfectly to protect roof gutters on homes that have SOLAR PANELS ... which are slick compared to asphalt shingles. These are the perfect solution against snow avalanches!

I couldn't have been happier. From the first contact with the sales representative through the completion of the roof replacement, the Gutter Helmet personnel who replaced our roof were great! Ours was a fairly large job (34 squares) with a variety of gables, angles, and flashing to be dealt with. The team showed up bright and early (7am) and ready to work, and with plenty of people (10) to get the job done in one day (done by 5pm). They were highly efficient, individually and as a team. The foreman was knowledgeable and worked well with his team, and kept me well-informed of progress. Our property was well-protected during installation, and clean-up was thorough. I recommend Gutter Helmet roofers, without hesitation.
