The quality and installation is good. However, customer service is awful. They NEVER return calls or answer emails. Would not recommend for that reason.

Kearns Brothers did my gutters. I had them install a screen which the salesman assured me it was the best in the market to keep leaves out. After the installation was completed and with check in hand, the installer inform me the warranty would only be valid IF I cleaned the screens at least ONCE A YEAR. Since I paid extra to have the screens installed to avoid having to clean the gutters, that came as a very unpleasant surprise.

Kearns Brothers has been completing my home repairs since 2011. The jobs include roofing, wood replacement, flood damage repair, door replacement, pillar replacement and gutter work. They are the only company I trust to give me a fair price, do excellent work, use high quality materials and complete the job in a timely manner. They are professional and respectful. Michael Baker is my contact person and he is the best!

We contracted with Kearns Brothers to install a new roof on our home. Scotty P. was very professional and completed outsold the other 3 contractors we had met with. Scotty's genuine concern for the customer and his ability to sell the product is exceptional. We couldn't decide on a color for the shingles -- Scotty climbed up on a ladder and put several options on a portion of our roof for us to see and experience each one. Very impressive! The installation team was fantastic -- cleaned up after themselves and worked extremely hard in some tough weather to complete the job. I will definitely use Kearns Brothers again for future work at our home.

Beware! All pitch, no delivery!!! We had Kearns out twice before signing a contract for new gutters and new insulation. The sales team member was prompt for the appt and knowledgeable about the products. We were charmed. Fast forward 6 months and the work was NOT completed, gutters only. Unanswered phone calls, emails filled with excuses (i.e. Too cold, crew not available, not scheduled appropriately, etc). Without notice 6.5 months later a 3rd party crew shows up at our door. We sent them away since we were fed up with Kearns lack of communication. The 3rd party vendor said to deal with them directly, cheaper and provided service directly. Kearns never mentioned they hire out their jobs, we were under the impression they did the work. A month later I received a bill for the gutter work, paid promptly, happy to be done with this company. Another month goes by and Michael Baker, our sales representative, sends me a threatening and insulting email about my overdue bill and implies I'm being reported to collections. Not only had I paid and the company cashed the check, he couldn't even bother communicating over the phone to find out he made a huge error. Disgusted I replied. A week later Gary Kearns calls to 'touch base'. He didn't even issue an apology just wanted to let me know he was 'embarrassed' of his employee and his company's performance. Didn't sound like a very engaged owner or customer service provider. Stay away, poorly managed company without regard for their customers. Can't even manage accounts payables!!!

They did several small jobs to the outside of our house right after we moved in. As always, they did an excellent job!

I have used Kearns for a multitude of home improvement projects throughout the years. They deliver top notch professional service. Every project from my windows, roof, siding and gutters were completed in record time. Their product knowledge and customer service were the things that sold me not price. I feel comfortable referring my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of and the job will be one in a timely manner and will exceed their expectations.

Good company, they ensure that you're happy with the work, but time estimates are awful. A bit more expensive than others but will often match written quotes.

Extremely fast and clean roof replacement. Delivered as promised and did the whole job in 1 day. Had one issue, but they returned to fix it (although it took a while). Overall great, but a bit expensive.

Gary Kearns and his crew have completed multiple fix-ups and improvements at our house - windows, leaded glass windows, steel doors, roof, gutters - and every effort has been completed on-time and in a highly professional manner. Even in an instance where there was a manufacturer's flaw with the product (guttter guards), Gary ensured our complete satisfaction and replaced the product without charge. Because of his professionalism, we have recommended him countless times to our neighbors.

Keith's crew did incredible work on finishing my basement. The were able to make it look like part of the original home, which really impressed me. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them going forward for some upcoming projects I have.
