Each team member was respectful and considerate, whether it was the person giving the quote or the person nailing on the shingles. During the project, each employee was highly considerate of the fact that they were working on our home and kept their conversations quiet and were respectful with any interactions. It was very comforting to know that they respected our schedule, our home, and acted in accordance with our values towards are neighbours while doing an excellent job on the roof. They finished within 3 days of their start date (February 2018) and on budget to their estimate.

During the summer of 2015, Mast Roofing and Construction replaced my entire roof and doormer siding. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Gave me lots of options to pick from and helped me fine tune those decisions to the perfect color combination. Each day they gave me updates and cleaned up the entire job site. 1 year later I have had not one issue with a single shingle flap or leak! I highly recommend them and will look forward to using them to install siding on my house in a few years.

The project was to repair damage from a major hail storm. The quality of the materials and work was excellent. Everyone behaved professionally. We were not given a firm price until the work was about to start. The project cost more than the insurance would cover. Mast was fine; our complaints are with the insurance company.

We wanted to avoid hiring an out-of-area "storm chaser" that immediately flooded the area with low, unrealistic estimates, poor quality materials, and shoddy workmanship. Mast Roofing & Construction worked closely with ourselves and the insurance company and kept us up to date through the entire process of estimating, design, and construction. Their crews were very courteous and willing to work with us on any changes or unforeseen problems that inevitability arise in a project of this size. We are super-satisfied with the professional, finished results and have been complemented many times by our neighbors about how great our home looks now.

We just had our new roof put on by this company two days ago. They were very nice, very thorough and very professional. They put on an entire roof and 5 skylights in one day because they knew it was supposed to rain the next day. They did a great job cleaning up and the foreman Don stayed from 7am until 7pm to finish things up and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Our new roof and skylights look great!

I hired Mast Roofing to make repairs on a slate shingle roof with a very steep angle. This company is so professional that they used google earth images to assess the work site and the roof before coming to provide an estimate. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with excellent quality.
