We were so happy with the Job that Moctezuma Roofing did for us we moved and had them do it again! A few years ago we needed a roof in a hurry. Our insurance company didn't like the moss growing on the roof and gave us 30 days to get it replaced. Moctezuma did it on time with out any problems. The roof looks great! Then we moved and had a tile roof that is suppose to last forever. But we kept having leaks. We had it repaired because the roofers didn't want to over charge us for something that should just be a flashing problem. After the leaks continued in new areas we said we just wanted to pay that big bill. We found the original roof had not been installed well and was causing the problems. Moctezuma replaced out roof and did so beautifully! The crew was friendly and respectful all the time. They even made some changes and added some extra features to make it look better and vent better. They worked with our inspector who also wanted some restructuring. And in the end they fixed the chimney so it wouldn't be a problem either. We are so happy to have a leak free house! I don't want to move again... but if we do I'm calling for roof number 3!
