I chose Rain Gutter Pros because my daughter had used them for her home. They did an excellent job of installing rain gutters on both our homes. I found them to be professional in all areas. They had a waiting list, due to anticipation of El Nino, but offered to work me in as quickly as possible, which they did. They arrived on time, well prepared for the job at hand, and finished in what I thought was record time. Would highly recommend.

Unbelievable story of customer service! They replaced my gutter covers about a year ago. Recently I noticed a leak in my gutter but forgot they only replaced the covers not the gutter. I called them to come out and fix the leak (forgetting they had not actually replaced the gutters). They came out to look at the leak and graciously pointed out that the gutters had not been replaced, only the covers. The covers had nothing to do with the leak. Rather than express frustration at my wasting their time, Willie and Tony simply said "it's an easy fix why don't we fix it for you anyway." I was shocked. Needless to say I felt awful about wasting their time. They went way beyond the call of duty; it wasn't even their gutter! You simply don't find that kind of customer service these days. I know that kind of customer service comes from the top and Oz (owner / manager) clearly places the customer first. I will be telling this story for a long time. Thank you Rain Gutter Pros!

These guys are FIRST CLASS PROFESSIONALS!!!! Adi came on a Sunday and spent several hours explaining the job and answering my questions and all with a lot of patience. Willie and Tony came about 30 minutes early ready to work. They were also friendly. Adi made sure the job was done to my satisfactory. THE JOB was sooo well done, I did not even know that I had gutters. NO PRESSURE SALES, REASONABLE PRICE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. Great experience. Thank you!!!!! Highly recommend

I bought a two story home that had steel gutters which had corroded and were leaking everywhere (both upper and lower levels). One of the companies I called for an estimate was Rain Gutter Pros. When they came to my home, I was impressed by the explanation of their service and the warranty of their parts and labor. (The material they use is thick aluminum with a lifetime warranty and a one year labor warranty). Of all the estimates I received, Rain Gutter Pros gave me the best price, but I also chose them based on their product samples and installation technique. I was not disappointed! Willy and the rest of the installation crew did an excellent job - clean, exact and quick (they completed the job and hauled away the old gutters in two days). I have a beige home with maroon trim and they were able to match the colors! They even spray painted the screws (in both colors) that they used to attach the gutters to the house. I was a little nervous that they did not test the gutters to see if there were any leaks (the caulking was not dry). But after a rain, there were no gutter leaks! I did have a downspout that needed to be extended to go out to the lawn, so I called them and they came right out and installed the extension at no charge. I highly recommend Rain Gutter Pros if you need any gutter service. They are excellent!!!

We desperately wanted / needed gutters on the front balcony of our home. However, due to the fact the balcony railing was front mounted to the stucco fascia, we needed to have custom made gutters. Not only did Oz need to come up w/a plan for mounting gutters, but we also needed a solution for an area that could not accommodate a downspout. Rain Chain above a potted plant! Oz figured it out... I had received 2 other bids before meeting with Oz Figenbaum. The other 2 companies basically told me there was nothing they could do. Oz was so easy to work with, and didn't say "no" like the other 2 companies. He spent about an hour at the house on the first visit, and came up with a custom design that would solve our gutter needs. Oz and his team were very professional and did an amazing job!

We met several rain gutter vendors before hiring Rain Gutter Pros. All the companies Carrie the same material, some are thiner and more flimsy than others, but most of them are the same. That said, it was important for us to guarantee proper installation by hiring someone with good attitude, knowledgable, professional and be willing to work with us on the position of downspouts, since we have rain barrels. RainGutter Pros were the best. They showed us samples of the product and answered ALL our questions with positive attitude and respectfully. The gutters look great and work perfectly as planned.

I called them to come out and install rain gutters on my house. They were prompt for the estimate as well as prompt for the install. They installed the gutters in the time they said as well as they did a really nice job. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Had problems with proper drainage from previous installation. I also had issues with my son who kept crushing the down spouts with his soccer ball kicks. The Rain Gutter Pros understood all the issues and fixed the problem. They added more down spouts and put in heavy-duty down spouts where my son kicks his soccer balls. The also re-routed the areas that had overflow problems. The were fast prompt and professional. 2 thumbs up.

Rain Gutter Pros serviced our rain gutters this summer. They did a great job cleaning out all gutters on our 2-story home. We are now ready for the rainy season and looking forward to using their services again in the future.
