It was time to replace my roof after 17 yrs. i chose Roof Smart from a pool of 6 estimates. They gave me a start date and everything went just perfect. Dumpster arrived and signs with permit went up. Crew arrived on schedule, they were very respectful to my landscaping. The tear off and peel and stick was applied, every was cleaned up very well. The call was made for the city to make inspection, then shingles were delivered and placed on the roof. The crew arrived and installed the shingles. It is a thing of beauty! This company knows what they are doing! Great Job, Clean, beautiful workmanship! I can Recommend Roof Smart with reservation!

I have used Roof Smart for several projects over the years. There customer service, scheduling and professionalism have been great on all the projects they have done with us. This review is for a custom Blue metal roof that was done for a client of ours.

My husband and I lost some shingles on our house in a recent tornado. Since we needed to have them replaced, we started looking around for contractors to do so. Because of the tornado, there were dozens of roofs that suffered damage and finding a professional who was able to respond in a timely manner was difficult. We found Roof Smart after looking at reviews and calling several for estimates. Their estimator, Marty, came out at the appointed time and left us with an estimate on the spot. It was very reasonable compared to other estimates. Because this was an insurance situation, other companies came in asking if we got enough money to redo the whole roof. They took days to come out, got lost getting here, and took weeks to get back to us with an estimate. Marty never tried to talk us into replacing an entire roof for 3 missing shingles-he just gave us the estimate based on the work we asked to have done. Once we decided to ahead, I called Marty. He told me he would be in our area the next day and told us to simply leave an extra shingle for matching and the signed estimate at our entry and he would pick it up so we didn't have to go out of or way to drop it off. After getting us on the schedule, they came on time and finished the work in a timely manner. We're very happy with the results and would gladly recommend Roof Smart to anyone who is in need of either a repair or a replacement.

Great work , good pricing and dependable. Had gutters and downspouts replaced along with removal of an old solar water heating system from the roof.
