From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Roofing Aid. They're experienced, they work fast, they do great work, and they use high roofing materials. Arthur was great at inspecting the roof for damage and guiding us through the insurance claim process. The claim was approved. Once work began Arthur stayed in contact with me. I wasn’t be able to be at the house the whole day. They checked the attic for mold. Installed more vents. At the end of the work I received a Picture Report from them showing the entire process. This outstanding, honest, reputable company deserves and receives my very highest recommendation. I would certainly recommend Roofing Aid to others.

I can't express my feelings when it comes to my roof experience with RoofingAid lead by Arthur! He is a great professional, from a minute we scheduled an estimate I felt confident! He worked with insurance negotiating a price, got a village permit in time and came with his team on a dayn we agreed. Modern equipment, friendly team and his responsibility made my roof happen in a half of a day! My wonderful experience with Roofing Aid began when I called to ask about a quote.. I especially appreciated the complete explanation and assessment in writing and photos. Jeff, the manager was very helpful. The installation team did an excellent job. What's more, they helped with small task that I'd been trying to take care of for a while for free. The company is very organized and keeps you informed. I'd use this company again any time, and would recommend to my friends.

Excellent Service, We had medium roof damage caused by wind which need mediate repair. Arthur came up same day and fixed the damage on same day! Very pleased, great job, highly recommended, very professional crew.

After researching several companies and receiving quotes, we selected Roofing Aid based not only on costs, but the great customer service received during the initial quoting phase. Right from the outset, Arthur was attentive to our questions and concerns, and left us feeling comfortable about our upcoming job.In addition to a full roof replacement on our house, we also had a new gutters and down pipes installed on our home. The crew was friendly and professional, and cleaned up meticulously. I had expressed concerns about nails etc. because I have two small children and a dog, but Arthur assured me the crew would do their best to limit debris and they did.Arthur was on site for quality control which we were impressed with. The color we picked for our gutters was out of stock, and Arthur informed us promptly before the job began and recommended other similar options. When I had a concern about the placement of one of the downspouts, he came by in the evening to check it out and we talked about other options.I am a very detailed person and ask a lot of questions, and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this process. I was referred to Roofing Aid by a friend who had used them and liked their work. I needed a roofing company right away due to shingles falling off from the high winds we have had recently. They came by quickly to give us a good roof replacement quote, temporary patch the holes before rain, free of charge. They sent six guys and had the job done in a day. Arthur is a very friendly guy and whenever I called to ask questions, he would call back right away. A good legitimate roofing company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Recently had my roof replaced. Guys came out and helped to point out what was important to do and what was not important. Had attic issues with ventilation. Roofing staff fixed soffits and installed new exhaust pipes, which have been missing. Reasonable price. Very professional service, not a single nail left. Clean up was perfect! I had a big roofing issues for so long, until I got connected with thouse guys! My friend recommended the company. And I had such a pleasent experience! I had occasional leaks. I tried several companies and no one found the problem. I was frastreted! I didn't know what to do... Arthur came quick and got the found that condensation problem which occurs when the humidity was high. The issue was fixed fast! Thank you! :)
