Shane Symons Roofing

My husband and I have had the privilege of having Shane and his crew replace our roof. Shane made this experience very pleasant. We had a leak happen with one of the big storms. I was in a insurance panic, I called Shane Symons Roofing he handled everything and then some. He and his crew did a fanatics job. They were professional, kind and courteous. There wasn't a spec of anything left in our yard. As a matter of fact our yard looked better than before they started. Shane was wonderful to work with! Extremely professional & very open to answering questions. This was the first time we had to work with a roofer so we had no idea what was involved. He returned every phone call & email & left us samples on our porch to choose what we wanted. After, every bit of old-roof trash was removed and Shane personally went to our neighbors yard to be sure nothing had fallen over to their side. Our roof was completed in 2 days, he was punctual and his crew arrived right on time when he said they'd be there... few minutes early in fact. What a relief to work with someone this professional and courteous. HIGHLY recommend.
