When I first contacted Smart Wash Jon gave me a quote on the spot. Very reasonable costs. The roof has not looked as good since the day it was installed. Charles and Eric arrived at 9:00 and the entire roof was completed in about 1 l/2 to 2 hours. They left the yard and house clean as could be. Charles and Eric was so customer oriented. Very knowledgeable about the products they used and so very pleasant to work with. I would never hesitate to recommend Smart Wash.

We contacted Smart Wash to give us an estimate for the siding, brickwork and walk up basement steps. All looked horrible and in desperate need of cleaning. The estimate was very affordable and Mr Quinn helped to explain the benefits of the Smart Wash process. The work was done on time and the outcome was spectacular! We have had the house cleaned previously by the usual power wash companies but the outcome looked nothing close to the great work of Smart Wash. We would highly recommend them to clean your home and have nothing but great things to say about the customer service and pleasant manner in which they treat their customers. I had an outstanding experience with Smart Wash, LLC. While they provide a variety of services, I utilized the company for a house washing and composite deck cleaning. They use a soft wash method - no high pressure power washing that can damage siding. The owners were extremely polite and professional. They returned calls in a timely fashion, answered all my questions, and showed up on time for the estimate. The final estimate was professional and sent to me quickly. From start to finish, the coordination and execution was simple and easy. They showed up on time and completed the work with care, including re-connecting the hoses. The house and deck look like new again. I will certainly be utilizing Smart Wash again in the future, perhaps for a roof cleaning or other services.

We contacted Smart Wash to power wash the biggest siding wall of our townhouse; their quote/prices are so reasonable that we decided to get the whole townhouse, concrete steps and brick patio done. They did a great job! They are very thorough and greatly improved the appearance of our home.
