Westco Roofing Company Inc.

I got an estimate from Westco after reading some good reviews about them. They did a great job on the estimate, and after some detailed analysis of the roof they determined that I did not need to replace the roof. Their opinion was that I just needed some repairs in certain specific areas to prevent the water leak problem my tenants were experiencing. The cost of the repairs were reasonable, so we accepted their bid. The work was done on time, and with minimal hassle. It has been almost three years since the work has been done, and there have been no problems with water leaks from the roof since the roof repairs. I got estimates from two other roofing companies. They barely looked at the roof and gave me an estimate for a completely new roof. The cost to replace was much, much higher than the repair cost from Westco, and it would have been unnecessary.
