“Jackie was such a pleasure to work with. I liked her from our first meeting. After I gave her my “must have” list, she put together three different designs. From there, we tweaked and tweaked until we came up with the perfect design. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had and to offer help with tile, hardware and countertops. Today I have a beautiful new kitchen that my husband and I love.”

“What they did was beyond our expectation.They spent a lot of time on truly understanding our lifestyle and needs, and introduced the “aging-in-place” concept. The scheme looks beautiful, detailed, and innovative.They did a good job on bringing out the potential of our house, which has great views to the lake. The new great room looks spacious and full of natural light. As their concept proposed, it will be vacation at home for us. Yang and Suping are delightful to work with. They are good at communicating their design. Since I’m not familiar with reading drawings, they used 3d models/images to help me understand, even a VR glass to help me visualize the rooms.”

“My husband and I chose Charles Ross to build our new home based on the firm's reputation for quality and our meetings with sales staff. They did a terrific job and we just love the new house. We continue to be impressed by their willingness to handle small issues. They insist that all subcontractors adhere to their level of high standards which takes a lot of the stress out of the building process. When we compare our experience with those of other friends and relatives, we are even happier that we didn't make our decision on price. Our new home is wonderful!!”

It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. “We are very pleased with Jennifer Stoner's design of our newly remodeled home. She was thorough, creative, honest with price options and took care of every issue we had. She was able to please all 7 of us in each of our bedrooms and all of us in the main living areas. She was able to create "our style" rather than reproduce designs she had previously created elsewhere. The space we live in is both flexible and beautiful. Above all else, she was masterful in designing a creative and soothing color palette that moved and changed from room to room, so that our more ecclectic furnishings blended well. Excellent at steering us to the more substantial quality anchor pieces. She even designed our chandelier so that the scale would be perfect. We are very happy with her work- the experience was a pleasure.”
