“DELTA BUILD SERVICES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”

“Our house is featured on Seacoast's Houzz and company website. We had only positive experiences with this builder. The quality is beyond compare. Art Monahan visited the job daily and had a project manager working there from start to finish on site, who is also an engineer. Our architect was exceedingly pleased, working with Seacoast during the construction process. All subcontractors who worked on our house, were happy to work for Art and show up for work, while many other builders were having difficulty getting someone to do work for them. Seacoast Cottage Company is held in very high regard. My husband is the best reference possible for our experience with Seacoast Cottage Company, because he is a builder in Indiana and knows quality construction when he sees it. Buyer beware... we saw some other builders cutting corners on other new construction nearby. Not Seacoast Cottage Company. “We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”

“Bill Teutsch was the prime contractor for our kitchen remodel. He met with us to discuss the design objectives and then provided cost estimates for the various options. His prices were competitive with several others, however Bill's methods were much better. Bill met with us as a project partner, not as a salesman. The actual work involved several subcontractors and Bill worked with them to deliver and install the components in a timely manner. The quality of work was top notch. As an example of Bill's dedication, some of the work occurred while we were away from Sanibel. “Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families....we are all out-of-state (OH/IL/CT). They were good at communicating with us throughout the project even though we were only on site a few times during the process. They listened carefully to our needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the late 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. Gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project!”

“PMC is a pleasure to work with. He won the contract to build our 625 sq. ft addition to our existing home at a fair price. Paul is a hands on contractor and will do much of the work himself or work right along side his subcontractors. He's licensed to do contracting work in Cape Coral as are all his subcontractors. He is always on top of the permits and inspections. I would not hesitate to recommend PMC to anyone considering having something built, painted or reroofed. My neighbor has already hired him to paint and reroof his house.”
