“Our downstairs AC/Heating unit would not come on when we bought the house. We thought the thermostat was as fault because the units were relatively new and even changed them out before we decided it was the unit itself that was the problem. Kevin came right on time, one day after calling, and went right to work. He found the problem, determined it was an in warranty part, drove to Austin to get a new one, and fixed the unit in the same day. What service! The labor was reasonable and we never would have thought the parts would be under warranty. We are very glad we called KMAC and will certainly call him again should the need arise.”

“We went to bed with a house that was starting to warm up the other night and I was very worried about our a/c unit. I called DTC as soon as I got up the next morning. They immediately called me back and set an appointment to come out that day to work on our a/c. As always, they are straight shooters, do all that they can to fix it for a reasonable price. They let us know that we would though need to be considering a new unit in the future (Ours is 29 years old...... :) ) And they gave us quotes for replacements that were very competitive for top of the line units.”

“Charles Morgan and his team have serviced our HVAC for years and then installed a new system for us, also managing the installation of new insulation in the attic. His team has always been incredibly responsive whenever we had an issue with the previous system. When replacing the system, Charles presented various options per our request with great information. He ultimately found us a flexible system that met our specific needs. Always responsive, polite, on time. Highly recommended.”

“Temperature Pro was the best choice for me and my families new AC unit!!! I had them give me a quote because I had a feeling my AC unit was on it's last leg. Tim & Chris showed up, and they were very professional, informative, and didn't try to pressure me to buy a new unit - citing my old AC unit could die soon, but it had potential to last several more years. A few short months later my AC unit did die. I called Temperature Pro because I felt like they would do a good job and stand by their final product. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased. Chris managed the project, and I felt well informed and taken care of the whole time. I now have a new AC and my family is cool.”
