"Great Design is Capturing the Spirit of the Client & The Essence of the Space" This statement truly describes the way Zina approaches design. With her discerning taste, attention to detail, keen eye for color, and out of the box thinking her clients not only have a beautiful space but a space created unique to them their lifestyle and budget. For Zina Sheya, Interior Design is a combination of Art and Science, Her 19 years experience spanning from California, Arizona, Montana and Idaho provides a practical background that allows for unique, creative solutions. Zina builds each design by investing time listening to her clients story and then carefully incorporating memorabilia that provides the space with authenticity and individuality. Utilizing pieces that make the space personal. A common thread between all of Zina Sheya's designs is the depth and patina created within the elements which she carefully and thoughtfully selects and incorporated into the space providing a elegant yet casual feeling whether the desired look is French Country, Modern, or Eclectic. Blue Gator Photography is the husband and wife team of Terry and Trish Domingue. Based in northern California since 1998, they originate from Lake Charles, Louisiana (Terry) and Orange, Texas (Trish). After more than 15 years in the Bay Area their accent is still detectable, and they have never lost their southern charm and hospitality. In 2008, Terry was asked by Julie H. of Stonewood Kitchen and Bath to photograph her latest design. She was updating her new website and wanted to build her portfolio page. Terry went out and photographed the rooms. After reviewing the initial photos, he realized that this was not the simple point and shoot exercise he had previously envisioned. There were many things to consider; so, he rolled up his sleeves, studied feverishly, and this journey into interior photography began. After retiring early from her corporate job of many years, Trish joined Terry, adding her staging design, and attention to details. As a collaborative team, the name for the business needed to be memorable and include their heritage. And since they love to laugh, it needed to be a little bit fun. SO…many ideas later, Blue Gator Photography was born.

Kim Hall’s passion for transforming spaces into functional inviting places her clients love coming home to is the most rewarding part of her journey as a designer. While raising her family she was given the opportunity to go back to school and pursue her dream of studying Interior Design. After proudly graduating Summa Cum Laude from California State University Chico in 2009 with a B.A in Interior Design, she has worked closely with Residential and Commercial clients in Sutter, Yuba, and Placer County. Kim strongly believes that designing the spaces that we are in is a crucial part of living to our highest potential. Design affects all aspects of our lives; it promotes positive thinking, enlightens our mood, and increases our productivity. It instills a harmony around us, which creates a level of comfort and organization that did not exist in our homes or our work spaces.
