“We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

The project which began as a bathroom remodel, grew to be an entire home model. The project was carefully planned to allow us to continue use of our home and disruption was limited. Bob Michels utilizied top-notch, highly professional sub-contractors to ensure a quality job. “We hired NewSpaces in late April 2013 with a tight deadline to finish the project by June 6th. The staff was very helpful and came to see our house; they viewed our likes and dislikes and really toured our house to get a sense of our tastes and style. Then they came back to us with 4 project idea fitting both our styles and a wide range of costs for the total kitchen remodel. We picked some ideas from two of the plans to create a truly unique and very personal kitchen to our tastes and functionality. The processes began about two weeks later our carpenter was very professional and walked us through the process almost every day. He was very neat and when issues arose informed us of said issue and gave thoughtful solutions. We did run into one issue with drawings and expectations and final results. Although New Spaces offered many solutions we picked one that worked for all parties involved. We love the new kitchen and most of all its functionality. I would recommend NewSpaces for jobs like this because of skill, expertise and knowledge.”
