We met with Carol in their office to discuss the project a bit and product options and start dates. The windows we selected were ready on time and start and completion of project went smoother than we could have ever hoped. Jay and his guys were great to deal with working in and around our home and Carol was fantastic to deal with on the office end. “John O'Brien of Mastercraft is a true professional with outstanding credentials and integrity. He has installed on wo occassion a 9' slider and huge bay window in my home and the job was done on the day he said the crew was coming and for the exact price he quoted. The quality of his work is has been proven as teh slider is 3 years old and working lie day it was installed and the bay window has insulated my family tremendously through this very cold winter (it was installed shortly after Thanksgiving. There is no other company I would deal with other than Mastercraft.”

“Jeff installed new front steps for us using composite wood, replacing brick and concrete steps that had sunken and sloped to one side on my 1965 home. We had several contractors out to bid on the project; Jeff came in right in the middle but we picked him due to the personalization of the project. Jeff was very thorough in explaining our various options (wood vs. composite and the benefits of both options) and explained his credentials and licenses and those of his team. As new homeowners, we really appreciated this as it was educational for us and let us know what to look for when we contract out additional work in the future. Jeff communicated the timeline and what would happen along the way frequently which was really appreciated. The finished product looks fantastic and many of our neighbors commented on how much better it looked after the work was done. Last but not least, the job site was left cleaner than before he arrived - all around great job, we'd love to use Jancon Exteriors again if we have any future projects and would recommend him to others without hesitation!”
