“Our relationship with Pavel of Let's Remodel began in 2005 with our kitchen back splash. We found him to be an amazing craftsman, and a dependable professional. Since 2005, we have completed several remodel projects and Pavel has played a significant role in each of them. Pavel tiled our hallway, laundry and master bathroom. He also was the general contractor for our latest remodel project in 2013 which included hardwood flooring, built in cabinets and a guest bathroom remodel. “My fiancé and I are very satisfied with the interior design help we received from 13 Design Lane Interiors. Laura Sabo was a pleasure to work with. She listened and was very prompt in responding to everything. Our living room and dining room were drab and extremely outdated spaces that we were not proud of. As a couple, we just couldn't seem to put our heads together to re-do the living room on our own, so we sought outside help from a professional. After researching online for a professional and interviewing several for the job, we hired Laura Sabo with 13 Design Lane Interiors. Laura helped us with visioning, color scheme, a layout, and the purchasing of all the furniture. She did a ton of research to help us find what we were wanting to see in our living room and dining room. The challenge here for us (on our own/without help)was that this was a big rectangular room which was too challenging for us to blend and balance within the framework of a tradition design theme. With Laura's aid, we were able to accomplish that by creating a well balanced space with coordinating colors, shapes, a focal points. With her help, we purchased an antique red entertainment center, an off-white 3 person sofa, over stuffed chair with ottoman, two swivel chairs, and a coffee table and adorable round side pedestal table. One of our main objectives was to keep our expensive area rug, so Laura helped us to build from it. Now the living room is gorgeous! We also purchased a new area rug for the dining room and chandelier for over the dining room table. The entire rectangular room comprising the living room and dining room is now in harmony. We are looking forward to hosting our second guest event, Thanksgiving, in our home that we are proud of. Laura really helped us stay motivated and on track. My fiancé and I were just not equipped to do that on our own. I highly recommend the services of Laura Sabo with 13 Design Lane Interiors. She is affordable and is careful with her customer's budget constraints. If you want somebody that will pay attention to what you want, hire Laura!”

“The Lamont Brothers recently completed a total renovation of our 25 year old kitchen. The renovation included replacing linoleum flooring with tile, installing quartz counter tops, all new cabinets, new sink and all new appliances. Mr. Joseph Patrick suggested two different architectural styles supported with detailed 3d design blueprints. Our preferred design involved repositioning the oven and refrigerator necessitating considerable electrical/plumbing modifications. The custom cabinet maker they work with was extremely conscientious about functional layout and accommodating our appliance selections. Floor tile, quartz countertops and tile back splash were meticulously installed and all combined for a showcase presentation. The whole constructions process was very well orchestrated from tear down to completed remodel. Some minor delays on delivery of items and completion of stages were experienced but they were outside of our contractors control and not uncommon for a renovation of this dimension. The Project Manager, Mr. David Patrick diligently kept us informed of any extenuating circumstances adversely affecting the project timeline. All Lamont Brothers employees and sub-contractors were polite and courteous to us and respectful of our house. The renovation cost was at the top end of our budget but the completed project assured us that it was well worth the investment and added significant value to our home. I would not hesitate to rehire or recommend The Lamont Brothers. Manuel & Melanie Buzo”

The quality of construction (solid doors, solid maple drawers, dovetail joinery, plywood cases, finish), the detailed drawings (redone several times as we changed appliances), installation & finish work were great. In fact, the cabinets and counter top exceeded my expectations. The cost was very competitive compared to other suppliers. We were introduced to Rockwood by the general contractor (Chris Holmgreen) we hired to do the remodel.”

Judy quickly understood my style and my husband's, was able to totally transform a couple curio cabinets from "resting places" where pieces landed when we moved here into beautiful displays. She gave us only a few choices for flooring, which was perfect for us and we loved them all, and a few decisions she just made on her own, and they couldn't have been better! She had super ideas and was able to make them work, purchased furniture in a perfect size and style, and was an incredible trouble-shooter when a few unusual problems arose during the process.
