“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. “The Engerman crew were professional and helpful from the design development all the way through to the completion details of my project. The owner was friendly and very attentive to our needs and budget. Overall- I would say that we got much more value for our money then we ever expected! The project manager was great and helped me understand the process of my build/renovation and had amazing communication by keeping me in the loop on timelines and progress milestones. I am not in the construction field so therefore I don't know the right questions to ask or what is standard practice. I was grateful to be treated with respect, as they educated me and involved me in the process. As the build was underway their onsite guys where courteous and always made sure to wave and say good morning, the office manager was welcoming and very helpful, and the owners wife even stopped out to help me pick out paint colors and tiles! As they finished the build, the project manager made sure to use quality materials such as solid core doors, poplar trim, high end fixtures, and custom cabinets. Engermans crew definitely cared, and paid attention to details that ultimately make the house shine. The end result was a beautiful home that my family loves! I would hire this builder again, and again. Thanks for all the hard work!!”

“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. “Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.”
