“The BIM/Design team are top notch professionals. Selecting them to design my house has by far been the best professional decision I have made in 57 years of life. My wife and I had become discouraged with our attempts to find a designer. We had a rude design from cutting and pasting different designs together. We knew what we wanted but couldn’t put it together and were discouraged with several other designers. While searching through Houzz for an architect I found the BIM/Design Resources site and made contact. WOW, ever since that date I have been blown away with Shan’s level of professionalism and knowledge. He took our drawings and ideas and turned it into our dream home. We had the opportunity to meet with Shane several times. He explained in detail all the design features and made changes that served our life style. He is not only an outstanding designer, he fully understands the building process. He also met with our builder to discuss the design. My wife and I will be forever grateful for his team’s hard work. It is impossible to explain in words how pleased we are with the design. As great as he was at making our dreams come true with his skills as a designer, he was even a better person and a privilege to know. The foundation was poured yesterday (March 17, 2017). Thanks again Shane, You’re The Best!!!!!!!”

“I have worked with Steve on multiple projects over the years in both New York and Nantucket MA. It is always a great experience working with him so I keep seeking him out for advice and assistance on whatever project I have. It started with an apartment renovation in NY based upon a recommendation from a seller who decided not to sell her apartment that I loved. He did a makeover on the apartment I later bought which had already been improved but not in my style. We added built-ins throughout, refinished floors, refaced cabinets, chose paint colors, and all furnishings in a style that felt uniquely my own. He had an excellent way of learning what I like and do not like and made the process for me very efficient because I almost always loved at least one of the options he presented to me for furnishings, curtains, carpets etc. Later we did a bathroom renovation which is a jewel box and very unique. A few years later he took a one day turn around trip with me to Nantucket to scope out my new beach house and came up with a very clever strategy for access to a second floor loft previously served by a ladder. This added tremendous utility to the space. He designed the new kitchen as well. He designed a brand new much expanded deck, and subsequently an outbuilding along the lines of a tiny house. I love working with Steve and hope to have more projects in future that we can work on together. Highly recommend!”

“We hired Ricardo to design our new house and were extraordinarily pleased with the floor plan he produced for our 2 acre lot. Our parameters included: a large open Greatroom/Kitchen/Breakfast area, Dining Room, Living Room, Office, Master Bedroom, and Bedroom #2 downstairs, and then upstairs Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4, and an Activity Room over the 3-car garage. Ricardo took great care to meet our room requirements while also superbly incorporating views of the back yard swimming pool area from the Greatroom, Breakfast nook, Living Room, and Master Bedroom windows. Additionally, he creatively designed a 2nd floor terrace exiting the Activity Room which took advantage of the long-distance western view. Clearly a man who loves his profession, Ricardo was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our association, he always displayed courtesy, high interest and energy toward us as customers. And thanks to his timely work, we'll pour the foundation "on-time" in September of 2013.”

“Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. Lex listened well to my ideas and wants, and did an amazing job of designing and incorporating my vision into his amazing vision. Couldn't be happier.”

“I was referred to Randall by Travis Nuchia of Trust Builders. As soon as I was put in contact with Randall, he was very responsive and helpful. We conveyed our vision to him and he got to work quickly, turning around a floor plan within the first week! His communication and flexibility throughout the entire process was above and beyond expectations. He even kept it lighthearted and funny while maintaining professionalism. My search for a designer has ended as I'll be using Randall for any future projects.”
