“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Danny produced a common-sense solution that should have produced a rapid completion. The City of San Antonio required extra professional evaluations and modernization that was beyond the repairs and involved extra costs. He dealt with these extra requirements and the job was completed in a reasonable time, even with the extra work and extra specialty reports that the City required. I was pleased with the jobs performed. The property was in escrow to be sold when this happened, and no problems resulted.”
