“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. “Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“Regal Contracting remodeled the exterior of our home. The owner, Doug Scott was very honest and professional as were all of his subcontractors. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Regal Contracting updated the exterior of or home from a 70's "Brady Bunch" look to a stylish traditional home. They did full frame replacement windows, with interior and exterior trim, restuccoed the exterior and added dry stack eldorado stone. We look forward to working with Regal Contracting again when we remodel our kitchen.”
