“I would highly recommend Baron Construction for your next project, and here's why. We had a bedroom remodel and Josue and the Baron Construction team were very professional from Day 1. When they came in to scope out the work, we were provided with an estimate at the same time - with an initial write up of the contract. We also received documentation on their licenses, bond, and insurance - all on the first meeting. Baron Construction was able to start our project a few days after we had signed the contract. Once the project started, the team was very conscious to cover the floors and other areas to make sure it wouldn't be impacted from the work. They had estimated 2 weeks to complete the work and came within that timeframe. Our bedroom remodel included replacement of ceiling (due to leak from bathroom above), check for additional leaks, texturize ceiling and paint, installation of recessed lighting, painting of walls and closet interior, replacement of carpet with new flooring, and new baseboards. We were impressed with their commitment to the quality of their work and made sure we were happy along the way. If you have home improvement projects in mind, I would recommend Baron Construction. I know we'll definitely keep them in mind for our next project.”

“We hired Mark McDonald, Tracery Professional Builders, on recommendation to raise a sunken living room, strengthen and level subfloors for hardwood floor installation, repair a termite damaged wall, install raised ceiling lights and a host of home remodel items. We could not be more impressed with the man, his crew, caring to get it right, honesty, expertise, work quality and ethic. From the outset, we were really impressed with the extent to which Mark worked with us to get the remodel completed the way we wanted and to his high standard. Something not done right would be redone, even before we noticed it. There doesn't seem to be any aspect of a home, how to design, build, remodel or repair it that he doesn't have a mastery of and, in fact, he holds a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering. Mark's quote laid out all his costs, including detailed material list and where he generates his profit, all open, fully honest, nothing hidden, and the price was very reasonable. The number of little things that Mark and his crew did at no cost to help us through the construction process, including moving furniture in and out, was equally impressive. In the end, beautiful remodel, couldn't be happier with the job Mark and his crew did.”

“Starting remodeling our home was such a mess and took so much time and effort until the moment we met Eli from Mr &Mrs Construction. Eli came in and listened to all our requests. He’s definitely very knowledgeable and professional. He help us a lot to choose the right things and gave us good suggestions from his personal experience to keep it beautiful but still in our budget. He came with great alternative for our beautiful kitchen. Eli’s team did an amazing job on our home. Eli came with me to the stores to choose the floor, countertop, sink, faucet and every other thing for our home and kitchen, Eli is also interior designer, which was a very big plus to get our kitchen modern. Everyday he did make sure that all the crew arrived on time and do the top notch work. I have to say that they never took a shortcut to do the job, even if something wasn’t smooth. He did above and beyond service for us and, like he said for every customer! The job was done in couple of weeks. It was so hard not having a kitchen for 4 weeks, but worth it in the end!!! The downstairs floor was done in 3 days - amazing!!! Mr & Mrs Construction meet my expectation. They very honest and professional company. Highly recommended!!!”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task.
