“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). “I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“This is a class act business!! I was shopping for windows coverings and found World Class Window Coverings online. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. “Christine is the best. Chose her after an extensive search and comparison of 5 bids for the blinds and drapes for my wife's hair styling salon. Christine showed up right on time for the estimate, made the measurements and then took us through all the options. She listened carefully to what look we were trying to achieve and then gave us some great advice. We should have listened to her the first time. The installation went great and was done on time, right when Christine said it would be. However, the window blinds that we chose, instead of taking Christine's advice, just didn't achieve the look we were going for. I called Christine and told her we should have taken her original advice. She went to work immediately with the manufacturer and worked out an exchange so the manufacturer reused all the hardware from the original blinds and only charged for the new blind fabric.
