All work was done in the most professional manner possible and when they knew there's a possibility of damaging our trees and plants, they avoided using heavy equipment and hand dug the entire wall foundation. When they ran into a couple of unexpected snags, they just worked through it, never asked for extra money or made excuses or delayed the project.
