“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. I highly recommend them for any project. They also have a large network of other trades to help get the job done on time.”

“We were so pleased with the work Holehouse Construction did on our remodel....they estimated it would take 6 weeks and they were right on. Our project manager Stephanie was amazing and made sure all the subs were there when they said they would be. Any questions or concerns were dealt with to our satisfaction. As a licensed general contractor and architect, he handles all the design, permit, and construction details for the job, and he provides detailed progress reports concerning variations from the original estimate, payments to date, and details of change orders. Burke has an impressive team of subcontractors which he coordinates with the needs of the project in order to ensure completion in a timely manner. On top of it all, Burke is good at explaining details and offering suggestions, and he also happens to be a very nice guy! I have no reservations about recommending his services.”

“We bought out home on 6.5 acres in Santa Ynez Valley because of the location and view, the existing home was another story, Mitch Williams came highly recommended in the valley and he the first contractor I met with. I have been an electrical contractor for 39 years as well involved with high end customs majority of my professional life. After our first meeting there was no hesitation in hiring MWC for our project, I had no other meetings with other contractors. From the beginning to end MWC stayed on point and met all my expectations as a GC. Mitch personally was very involved beyond the blue prints in helping us reach the finished look and feel that my wife and I were looking for all the way through from floors to hardware all the way to the finish line. All of MWC sub contractors were as well professional and knowledgeable and brought to the project the quality and workmanship I expected. From the business side of MWC the progress billing was always accurate and clear as to what we were paying for. I would not hesitate to recommend MWC for any size project.”

Sue, Erling and Jim have worked together for many years in the contruction business here in the Santa Ynez Valley and neighboring communities. They have have worked on projects, both large and small for myself and my husband. There is nothing they can’t do professionally and in a timely manner. They recently completely remodeled my home and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the finished product. They use only the best subcontractors and they are respected by their clients and employees.
