“Kyle recently built a new well house for our 15 home water association and completely tore out our entire kitchen and floor for our Home on Hood Canal. His professionalism, dedication and commitment to completing both jobs on-time and within our budgets was greatly appreciated. The quality of his work is outstanding. Both the owners of Brook Point Water Association and ourselves could not be more pleased and grateful for his amazing work. Mark and Julie Denniston.”

“Custom-designed home was made more beautiful with Gina's expert advice. Her choice of colors (both interior and exterior), use of tiles, wood, and concrete made our house a home. After almost a decade in our home, there's not one thing we would change. Her design sense is timeless, and her positive attitude priceless.”

“We purchased a home to downsize to and it was a total remodel. We consulted with HR Construction and Design when we knew this was over our heads. I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“Great to work with good ideas, stretches your dollar. Superb results. We consulted with Dave two years ago on two bath remodels then after they were done we had him do our kitchen and a year later two bathrooms in a condo we also own.”

“Victor and his crew recently erected a large garage on our property. He did a fantastic job and was on time and on budget. This is the third or fourth project 3R Works has done for us and we've been extremely happy each time. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company!”

“Ron Bates is the consummate professional, able to offer advice and design expertise. We received a detailed bid on the whole kitchen remodel, including even small details that other bidders overlooked or didn't include. It was so easy to see what the costs would be and the quality of the cabinets. Ron’s design experience was evident in the colors he selected for our project as examples. Unfortunately, this being our first experience in a remodel, we made the mistake of hiring KDC for the cabinets and a general contractor (CG) for the tear out, new tile on floor and backsplash, granite, and installation of appliances. It was simply a decision to give work to two local companies – a mistake. Communication with that CG was difficult and stressful. In hindsight our recommendation would be to hire Ron's company and let him act as the GC. Save the stress and the drama and let the professional designer handle the entire project for you! Exactly on the date planned, the cabinets were installed with "shadow crown molding" because in Ron's experience many ceilings are uneven and the eye is drawn to the issue. We didn't expect there to be a small space above the crown molding (shadow). We lived with that look for a week or so but decided we wanted the crown to go to the ceiling. Since the GC wasn't ready on the cabinet install date, he had to set the kitchen island instead of KDC’s cabinet installer. He didn’t consult with KDC or he would have reviewed the baseboard molding that went with the island and been more careful. The nails/screws showed and he decided to create white baseboards which created a distasteful color contrast. Ron came out and reviewed the project. He agreed to fix the island baseboard issue with larger, matching baseboard at no cost. We paid KDC to put our cabinets to the ceiling and add some minor trim pieces. We highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again and plan to talk to him about a bathroom remodel.”

“Rob Yrineo remodeled our bathroom. We had him remove a wall to open it up. He had plumbing and electrical work done, and there were no issues there. There were two different ceiling heights after we removed the wall, and we couldn't raise the ceiling because of the duct work and electrical. We wanted a smooth transition from one height to the next so that we didn't have to lower the whole ceiling. It was a really awkward space, and he came up with a design that looked like it was meant to be built that way. He helped us along the way by offering multiple suggestions to choose from for different situations and helped us envision different scenarios. He kept us apprised of anything that came up along the way (such as the need to shift the niches in our shower due to plumbing positioning behind the wall). If there was something I didn't understand, he was really good at explaining it. He was on such a role, we asked him to upgrade our closet too. The way he did the layout in our tight space was so efficient that it relieved us from having to buy another dresser. We actually have extra shelves. It was such a relief to have him do our job because he went with the flow if design changes needed to be made, and he always offered great professional advice and expertise. That was key given this was my first major remodel.”
