The association also seeks to educate the communities and promote the value and integrity of the WLCA members. Our Trade Association supports and promotes the home building industry through safe, affordable housing. Member firms are required to meet specific standards before membership is approved. Ongoing requirements also apply during a member's term. NARI Milwaukee, Inc. has more than 700 members providing services covering the entire remodeling industry. NARI Milwaukee was chartered in July 1961. The Council’s goals of encouraging ethical conduct, sound business practices, and professionalism in the remodeling industry have led to the growth of the remodeling industry nationwide and made NARI a recognized authority in that industry. The Milwaukee Chapter of NARI is the largest in the nation.

The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents almost 1,000 companies involved in the construction, development, and remodeling of single and multifamily housing and light commercial property in Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, and Milwaukee Counties. Collectively, our members employ tens of thousands of workers in the metro-Milwaukee area and do over $800 million worth of business each year. With such a large number of high-paying jobs, the housing industry is a crucial element to the area's continued economic health. The Racine Kenosha Builders Association (RKBA) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents over 100 companies. These companies are involved in the construction, development, and remodeling of single and multifamily housing and light commercial property in the Racine and Kenosha areas. The RKBA was charted on May 11th, 1958. The process started in 1951. As an association we have been a major contributor to Builders Park and the Racine Outpost Center.
