“A couple of years ago I purchased material for a TimberTech deck and installed the deck myself. A year after installation the deck started turning white. I happened to run across a TimberTech rep while at Home Depot and asked about my deck turning white. I was informed that one batch of decking in all of the product’s history had faded due to a supplier error in their chemical compound. I held off getting in contact with TimberTech fearing that I would get the run-around and that I would get replacement materials but no labor since I had installed the deck myself. I finally contacted TimberTech and within a month my new deck was completely replaced. Doug Woodside of Deck and Patio Covers was one of TimberTech’s recommended installers. He arrived at my house to give a bid at the time he said he would. He arrived to do the job at exactly the time he said he would with two additional installers. Because they had to go through the house to install the deck, he brought floor coverings to protect my carpet and floors. All of the installers were polite and professional. They worked through lunch so that they could complete the deck in one day. I cannot say good enough things about Doug and his crew or TimberTech. I have never had a warranty claim go as smoothly as this. I highly recommend both Doug’s company and TimberTech.”

“I purchased a home December 2021 and found out it had years of tiny leaks around the toilet plumbing that rotted away the subfloor and turned it into Swiss cheese. I received quotes for the work (removal, replacement, and install LVP) upwards of nearly 10k and thank god I reached out to Joe and his quote was much less. They removed the old sheet vinyl and replaced my subfloor. Now I have awesome LVP! I have them returning to replace my my hallway and kitchen sheet vinyl too. Thanks Joe!!”
