“This month my wife & I will be celebrating our one year anniversary of building our custom dream home with Skagit Design. The process was pretty easy with James and Mike assisting at all points along the way. We drew the tentative plans out ourselves then took them to James. He matched our plan (as best he could) to one of his existing plans and made the required changes. We broke ground in late March of 2017 so the whole building process took approximately 6 months. We could have been done sooner but sometimes the contractors that I HIRED (to do the parts I was responsible for) got delayed which delayed the whole project. I have referred Skagit Design on many occasions and will continue to do so. Teresa and I are 100% satisfied with the results and would work with Skagit Design again in a heart beat.
