I have never had pretty do work for me directly .. but as a department head for the town of Franconia they always come in and get the job done for us.. no matter how big or small... Any issues that arise are addressed as soon as they can get to it... As a very busy company doing construction from start to finish... From sight clearing to finish work they do great work and stand behind the job they do... As Amy carpenters and any company they are overwhelming busy but are still willing to go out of there way to get work done... There employees take pride in there work and don't cut corners like some people to save a buck .. overall a great company with a great reputation around town... Family owned and run and they will make sure you get not only what you want out of there services but make suggestions to get you what you need... Wouldn't recommend any company over them in doing the jobs they do

We hired Presby Construction to build our vacation home which will eventually become our permanent residence. Since we live out of state, we knew that having complete trust in our builders was of paramount importance and the staff at Presby did not disappoint. Presby's expertise and commitment to our project was evident from the start. Betsy and John provided weekly (sometimes daily) progress reports and photos that helped us feel truly connected to the building process. They let us know when our presence was required onsite and because they knew we were coming from a distance and had limited time in New Hampshire, they ensured that all the necessary tradesmen were available onsite when we arrived. John and Betsy were instrumental in guiding us through the myriad of details that are part of the home-building; from selecting roofing materials, clapboard siding, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, windows--you name it. If it's part of our home, one of them had something to do with it! And we always had a comfort level in knowing that we could simply say we didn't understand something and with infinite patience, it would be explained to us. Our home is very much a blend of our wishes and the special touches that Presby recommended. I wanted log beams on the great room ceiling, and John worked tirelessly to make sure I got exactly what I wanted (even though I suspect he wasn't sure why I wanted the logs). We have a functional shelf with electrical outlets in our pantry because I mentioned to Betsy that I didn't want to take up counter space with my coffee maker. Our home is filled with wonderful details that we never would have thought of if left to our own devices. Suffice it to say that we would recommend Presby Construction to anyone wishing to build a home; from the design phase until the moment we took ownership of our beautiful new home, their professionalism, skill and dedication has been evident.
