As the new owner of an old house we knew the cesspool was outdated and out of code. The basement was wet and smelled bad. Our first over-night house guests were coming in a few days. I called Larry. He came over to examine my property and explain the system to me. I was concerned about the roots of tall trees and flower beds. He scheduled the job before our guests arrived, and provided the highest level of personal service imaginable. Larry and his son Chris got a permit and were ready for the inspector. They worked around my trees and my schedule, digging exactly enough to lay a neat series of pipes, and not more. When the big truck arrived, with our enormous, two-chamber, cast-concrete tank, the hole for it was just right. Larry and Chris made the connections, graded out the rocky soil, leaving the contours of my lawn as if nature had created them. I was amazed: they spread out an entire dump truck of rich top soil, and then left and came back with another full load. They compacted and raked the new soil for grass seed. These guys were perfect.
