“We love our H2X swim spa! With its high tech, low maintenance filter system very little effort is needed to keep it up and running on a continuous basis. We own the 15D which offers plenty of room for swimming, exercising and just floating. The strategically placed jets allow for a relaxing spa experience. Word of warning...unless you’re extremely strong, I do not recommend the Axis cover. It takes two strong people to roll it to the end of the spa. If your spa is outdoors as our is, as it is rolled, it collects debris so that when rolled back to close, it then drops any dust, leaves, twigs directly into the water. We’ve had ours for just under a year and it has several tears in it due to the struggle involved in rolling it. Very disappointed in this product. I give the Axis cover a 1 out of 10.”

“Sunfox Campground in Lisbon CT was seeking to install a heated, zero-depth beach entry pool with an L shaped design, as well as a whirlpool spa. Although I knew many "residential" pool installers, none were able to handle our "commercial" installation...and only some really big companies were willing to provide a quote. Luckily, we came across Dennis and Custom Construction Designs. After a 5 minute conversation, I knew we had found our pool professional, as he understood all the intricacies of our plan. Despite being delayed by some zoning issues, Dennis was ready to start as soon as all permits were in place, and the estimated construction time was very accurate (which was 7-8 weeks for our project). It is rare to find your pool contact person is on the job site so frequently with his crew. We got to know his staff, and they were always willing to help tweak plans as the installation progressed. He also allows you to determine which components of your pool plan should be handled by his company, or by any preferred contractors you might have (in terms of landscaping, deck options etc). We chose a gunite pool and a stamped concrete deck, and he offered a few options for deck and fence companies. We discussed all potential upgrades, from filter systems to lighting and pool surfacing, and he was up front about any added costs of those options. Whenever I woke up in the middle of the night with some unfounded concern, he always responded to my early calls or texts. He is familiar with all aspects of the pool industry, and knows where to get answers for any questions that may be unique. Take your time when selecting your pool installer, as any salesperson can sell you a pool...but will they be the one you call if you have any questions? We strongly recommend Dennis Sullivan and Custom Construction Designs for any pool installation or upgrade.”

“INCREDEABLE We were completely frustrated it took 6 months to get our hot-tub delivered due to what we were told a shortage, once here it took another 2 months to get an electrician over to wire it in. Once the tub was wired we filled it with water and tried to cycle and heat the tub NOTHING happened just a flow warning on the controls. the electrician had left the project it was late night and I went through the book doing the trouble shooting we could set the time, temp, turn on the colored lights but no pumps NOTHING, we had no way of knowing until morning what to do. Moring came we watched some videos on Trouble shooting tired all the suggestions NOTHING so called the manufacture and followed their instructions NOTHING. So we called Carefree Spas Littleton and they were understanding, patient, listened to what was going on and the sound it would make as I described it. They knew right away what was going on, the breaker needed to be relocated, it was only on one leg 124 volts. not both legs to gain the 240 volts needed. I checked it with my volt meter and he was 100% correct. Now Carefree Spas is located in Littleton over an hour south of our location so he could have come all this way and charged me but to save me money he suggested I call the electrician back out to fix the issue. no greed here just extremely helpful and not taking advantage of the situation, but would respond and come out if I asked them. I called our electrician but he could not come back out so we called a local electrician just 2 min away who just happen to be available. Now its dark once more and the local electrician shows up moves the breaker on the main panel down one slot and the Hot tub kicked on. DONE problem solved in 1 min thanks to Carefree Spas for knowing what to listen for how to trouble shoot and what the issue was without even being here on site. We would have gone days without knowing or even after the holidays until someone could solve the issue. I most likely would have gone down and moved the breaker myself I'm just that stupid but the local electrician insisted on coming over to check it out and make sure. He was a great person he did not charge u, told us Merry Christmas and was on his way. Trust me if we need any electrical work done in the future I'm calling him if you need any electrical work done contact me I will tell you who he is. NOW we will be spending Christmas in our long awaited for Hot tub thank you carefree spas Littleton for getting us on the right track and knowing how to solve the issue and saving me money and more frustration and time. “They showed up 8am, had the spa set by 10am, my electrician told me "he has installed a lot of tubs in the Charleston area and no other company that he has done the electrical for has set the tub and been there till the job was finished." He finished about the same time as it was filled and Sean went over all the do's and don't's ( the wife took a video ) and we were in it a few hrs later.
