So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. “We had been sitting on what we thought was a fairly straightforward project for over a year because, in this high-demand market, we had to contend with crazy estimates, no responses and project creep until Ochre Homes stepped in. They made it a breeze (almost literally, part of the project involved installing two fans).
