“Martin Homes is a fantastic homebuilder in Northern Colorado! We moved to Colorado from Virginia 9 years ago and bought a semi-custom house in Poudre River Ranch that was built by Martin Homes. Our Poudre house had lovely features and quality craftsmanship. Andrew Martin was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any issues or needs we had. Two years ago we sold that house and hired Martin Homes to build us a custom house in Windsor. We love our new home!!! The Martin Homes team went above and beyond while building our house; exceptional professionalism, expertise, communication, and organization. Andrew Martin walked us through every detail of the building process. Construction was done seamlessly with few problems or delays. The final product - a beautiful home with many custom touches and details. We're so grateful we bought a Martin Home all those years ago and established a great relationship with Andrew. “Our overall home building experience with Sigg Brothers was a very pleasant one. It took an extra month to complete, but in the current atmosphere, that was great timing. Doug was very responsive to all of our requests, and the final product shows it.
