“The Affordable Replacement Windows crew did an excellent job installing 19 windows and 6 doors in our home. The crew was professional, timely, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We chose to install all pictures windows with one exception. Eleven of the picture windows were approximately 6’ x 8’. Seven windows ranged from 5’ to 8’ wide and 3’ to 5’ in height. The one non-picture window was a kitchen window we wanted to be able to open. If anyone is interested, we selected Marvin windows for our home because of their quality and the fact that they had fiberglass 6’ x 8’ picture windows at a reasonable cost. We also installed Marvin doors. Three were singles, three were sliders. Two siders were 6’ side, the third was 8’. The project was not standard. The house is two stories, stone façade on the front, siding on the rear, and had structural damage. We knew that was some structural damage but didn’t know the extent of it until the old windows and doors were removed. The crew rebuilt damaged areas before they set the windows and doors. We highly recommend Affordable Replacement Windows.”

“American Eagle installed new windows, put in new siding on half our house and checked the other half to make sure it was still in decent shape, replaced a garage door and front door, and added a beautiful storm door. My son has asked for their number! They even managed to retain the Tudor effect on the siding. But my favorite is definitely the windows. Love that we can now enjoy a breeze and the pets cannot tear up the screens since we open the windows from the top! SO HAPPY with the job they did! Thank you American Eagle Builders!”

“John Knipp is both reasonable in price and very professional with 32 years experience. He specializes in home exteriors and roofing. He carries a large line of siding and ensures building to code. He has competent trained crews who can repair wood damage, paint, install windows and roofing. He also carries a excellent line of energy complaint windows. Through the past few years, John Knipp has installed a new roof, removed old rotting siding, found termite damage and allowed me to have that treated and replaced with new siding, rebuilt an outside shed, replaced the fascia along my roof and completely painted the exterior of my home. He has also worked as a general contractor to have my master bath completely redone. In everything he has done for me, he has always been on time and has inspected the work throughout. He always makes sure the job is the best it can be. John represents the kind of person you trust with everything he does. One day after a wind storm, he was just driving by and saw my chimney cap had blown off. Without hesitation he pulled in my driveway, got his ladder and replaced the cap for me.
