“We contacted Southers Construction after seeing their add on Facebook for a quote on siding. From the time that I reached out I was not disappointed! I met with my sales rep Raf and I would say he was not what I expected. Raf was open, genuine, and most importantly did not approach me with the high pressure sales like so many other companies we received bids from. Raf asked what we were looking for and pointed out a few areas of concern including my aging roof. Due to Southers ability to offer financing my wife and I chose to do a full overhaul from top to bottom. Clarence's crew Minolo, Miguel, and Armando were always polite and greeted us every day with a smile! Since my elderly mother and two small children were at home I felt completely comfortable with the crew on site, while they went about their work. Tyler was my roofing Project manager and he contacted us to let us know when his crew would be onsite and what to expect. Having never had a roof replaced the efficiency of the crew and their foreman Robinson was impressive! Every single person knew their role and executed it perfectly. They started my split level ranch roof at 7am and were done and cleaned up by 3 pm! My wife and I were ecstatic. Now having pets and two small children my wife and I went out to scour the yard for nails and debris, and nothing was found! All I can say is that living on a busy road we are no longer the ugly house on the block! We continually run into people at the supermarket or while running errands and they ask if we were the ones who did the house makeover? At one point in time I would have shied away from the conversation but now I extatically respond with Absolutely! Southers Construction was amazing to work with from Sales to the final nail! Now we are looking to have some further work done and we plan on utilizing Southers again and again!”
