“Overall I enjoyed my experience with Rasmussen. The work they did on my roof was top notch. The pricing came in a little higher than quoted and they placed a big bag on my front lawn to collect the scrapes which ended up killing my grass. They didn't do anything to replace or help fix it. However, I didn't ask or put up a stink either. I'm sure if I had said something they would have tried to fix the problem. Those two things are my only complaints. The workers onsight did a great job of keep me informed of what was going on, the damage involoved and what they had to do to fix it. I have more work to be done in the future and I plan on calling them first to get the job done. Overall very pleased with their quality of work and the overall experiance.”

“We chose Character Exteriors based on all the positive reviews combined with the best price for our complicated roofing project. Character’s prices for our other projects (replacement of all trim with composite + new gutters and guards)were comparable to other bids we received so we contracted all the projects with Character. We were very impressed with the skill and speed of the roofing crew and were generally pleased with the entire crew’s work ethic and skill, with their attempts to be as unobtrusive as possible, and their everyday cleanup, etc. Unfortunately there were numerous delays and miscommunication to the work crew completing the projects. Our two week project ending up taking a frustrating six weeks. After the job was finished, there was no follow up and when we had several issues with rain runoff, our calls and emails went unanswered until we posted our negative review. A couple weeks later we had our gutter blower, a crew sealed the leaking seams and installed diverters where the water was overflowing the gutters. That didn’t solve the problem so they came back and installed larger mesh gutter screens in the problem areas and added a downspout where two rooflines meet. That solved the issues. Throughout Round II, Collin’s communication was great and he followed up multiple times to check in. He made it clear that our 100% satisfaction was a priority and we ended up feeling like valued customers. Therefore, we amended our initial review.”
