    “My wife and I own a small house in Logan Square, which has had old asbestos shingle siding since we bought it in 2011. We also wanted to replace our front windows, which were old and drafty. We received many bids, but the Siding and Windows Group was the standout. Bart (who coordinated the project) was incredibly helpful and explained a lot of ideas and prices without any "hard sell." The pricing of Siding and Windows Group was competitive, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. The two workers who installed the windows and siding were polite, efficient, and did very good work. The difference between Siding and Windows Group and other contractors is night-and-day. Greg (the owner) came to the house several times to check on the project and check in with me (and this was not a large project, he is just very attentive and makes sure the job is done right).     “I live in Westchester and hired G&Z Exterior Inc for a complete gutter replacement as well as soffit and fascia install. I contacted Jesse and he came over and quoted me a great price and within a few days he came in with his crew. Jesse and the crew was here right on time as promised and his crew was very professional and clean. My wife and I are very happy with the work and the gutters look great with the new fascia and soffit panels. I would very much hire them again for my next project.     “When we decided to add a dormer and redo the siding on our home and garage with Hardie Plank we met with 5 contractors. Bak Brothers provided the most detailed quote and walked through every step of the project including providing an architect for the dormer. The quote fit with our budget with the project and when we asked them to do a few extra things we immediately had an updated contract. Everything went well and the home looks fantastic. We get several comments every week from neighbors letting us know how beautiful the house looks or thanking us for improving the neighborhood. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the project that we did with Bak Brothers and would recommend them to anyone who asked.”

    “Since 2016 I have had Euro-Tech replace my roof, the entry door from the garage, and four basement windows. I am very satisfied with all the work done. There has been no problem with any of these replacements. The service is professional and the representatives are friendly. Some representatives have been with Euro-Tech long enough for me to recognize them from previous work. I find the continuation of service after the job is done remarkable and professional. Yes, the follow-up calls also include a request to do additional work but Euro-Tech is one of only a few home remodeling companies that have a follow-up plan that includes checking on satisfaction of previous work. They also actually make face to face visits to check on projects completed. Kurt's follow through on previous jobs is appreciated because he makes sure everything is perfect beyond my expectation. I trust Euro-Tech and therefore will use them for future projects.”

    “John, Jack and their whole team were fantastic to work with. They were beyond punctual, working most days until 7 pm to get the job done with spotty weather we were having. We would recommend Buzz Home Pros to anyone and do when anyone asks! A solid, clean, professional job was done for our new metal roof and gutters, it looks beautiful! Our next project with Buzz with be our siding! John worked seamlessly with our insurance company after we sought quotes for a new roof due to hail damage (Buzz did not solicit our business after a storm which I appreciate as I don’t find those solicitors to have our best interest in mind).”

    “Chicagoland Builders (CB) completed a 900 square foot addition on my homes. We built over the garage, laundry room and bar area which all had a single story flat roof. We significantly enlarged two rooms, added two bathrooms, expanded three closets into large walk-in closets and added an office. We replaced all the siding with hardy board, re-did the duct work to allow for dual zone heating and A/C, replaced the carpet floors on the main floor with hardwood, updated the electrical and water service, removed the brick arches in the front of the house and changed it to a quarter stone look, re-did the porch and replaced/expanded the back deck. I'm sure I'm missing something, but in short it was a major renovation. I took it out to bid with multiple contractors and CB was by far the best price and very informative and responsive throughout the bidding price which made my wife and I feel comfortable (was also recommend by my architect which helped). CB did a fantastic job. They do high quality work and were very responsive throughout the job. As expected with any major renovation there were issues that came up during the job, but they were always addressed. The job stayed on schedule and we were able to move back in the house when expected. There were a few lingering things that took longer than expected but it was primarily related to materials being on back order which I can't fault CB for. Our home looks like new construction and we get compliments all the time on how nice it looks, not just from friends and family that will say it looks good even if it doesn't, but from random people walking by which make a point to come up and tell us how wonderful the place looks. I would highly recommend them.”
