“Had a good experience with Lemus Construction nd couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Mario literally went door to door around Applebrook community to talk with homeowners about the steps, timelines, and what dates worked best for each of us. That personal touch made a big difference. Crews did amazing work. They kept the area super clean while working on the roof, and there was very little disruption overall. We were especially impressed with how careful they were around our landscaping the flowers out front still look amazing because they covered everything to protect it from falling debris. The project lasted about three months, starting in some pretty warm weather and wrapping up just before the winter holidays. They stayed on schedule and kept things moving smoothly. We also got weekly email updates with timelines, and they even had a website where we could check progress photos and access forms, which made everything really easy to follow. Tim (our retired architect neighbor) was basically our saving grace throughout the process, and with all his experience, he vouched for the great workthey did. That gave us even more confidence that the quality was solid and that we’ll see long-term value from the improvements; not just the fresh curb appeal, but real longevity for our homes. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We’re really glad we chose them and would absolutely recommend them to others in the community.”

“About five years ago we had our roof and siding completely redone. We also added on a beautiful new porch. This company was awesome. They did such a great job and we have gotten so many compliments on the work and how beautiful it all looks. A month ago I had someone in to look at a water issue in my basement. They couldn't figure out the problem and suggested I have my siding people check to make sure there wasn't an issue. I felt bad calling them after five years! But they were so professional, responsive, and quick to come check everything out. They discovered the source of the problem- it wasn't an issue with the siding at all- and were so incredibly helpful. I'm so glad to have worked with them and I would highly recommend the company to anyone.”
