In order to complete the project successfully, Christian had to deal with the idiosyncrasies of a house built in 1922 that had accumulated a number of additions/updates/kludges over time. Christian was able to react to all of the surprises we encountered once we took the old siding off (chimneys to nowhere, mystery pipes, ancient electrical etc) and complete the project on time and within my budget expectations. Christian was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He communicated with me constantly and spent plenty of time onsite.
