Atlantic Contracting Services was founded by David Bradley, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
With 30 years of experience in residential and multi-family construction, David brings integrity and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the construction process.

I hired David's company when he came to give an estimate for a J Hardie siding job and
new windows installation throughout our home . He got out tools to get an accurate measurement for the window openings , unlike another outfit ,who measured less accurately. David's crew are top notch Hardie plank installers and carpenters. They did a complete exterior renovation of our Harbour Watch home ,siding , windows ,front and back porch, stairs, deck and half the roof. They spotted termite damage and removed the bad wood and re-framed what was needed. Vinnie and the crew are very conscientious about doing a good job . They could have easily missed or overlooked minor old termite damage ,slapped siding over it and moved on to the next job. They take their time to make it right.
We plan to have them install siding and sliding doors on our FL Keys home damaged by
hurricane Irma .

This company is the one I would recommend anybody! Extremely prompt extremely knowledgeable with polite and hard-working Employees. We had a difficult house to stucco underneath decks and around the outside on a 30 year old home, and they did a great job! I would recommend him over and over again!

Atlantic Contracting Services (ACS) was hired to remove and replace the siding on our home. The new siding was to be a prefinished cement board manufactured by Hardee Company. The bid price for the job was very reasonable and we accepted it. The project began in a timely manner and the crew doing the work was very respectful. The project was also completed in a timely manner. Some touch up work that was required was done without any question and at no additional cost. We found ACS to be very reliable and professional. We would hire them again without question.

Atlantic was our preferred contractor to complete an exterior renovation of our beach house on the Isle of Palms, SC. They were among several contractors that proposed to do the renovation and although they were not the least expensive they spent a great deal of time explaining the ColorPlus Hardie siding product line they use. Additionally they presented references that were very complimentary of their workmanship. The completed job confirmed our confidence in them. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

We needed to have our ocean villa front siding replaced with "cement board" (actually HardiPlank). I got multiple quotes and his was very competitive. It was apparent that he also was a certified installer and the most professional and responsive. The job was done according to the highest specs, on schedule and on budget. He was meticulous about permits and had a very thorough and responsible crew. The site was always left clean and the work quality was excellent. I had him quote on another smaller project and had the same top notch experience. He was working with another contractor and identified some things that needed correction by the other fellow, which was done by the other contractor without argument or additional charge. I appreciated his expertise in spotting the additional concerns that did not financially benefit him. He is of high ethical and professional standard. Recommend without hesitation.
