Great people, love all of the work that they did, Someone was always available to talk to when needed. Would recommend!

Given you as a personal reference. Everything started out great. Gave you all 4 months to complete a quoted 2-3 week job that is over 20K total. Didn't show up until 3 months after contract was signed and then demanded all the funds before the work was completed. You have left my home in complete disarray with debris in my yard and inside my house. Trash is everywhere and no one will even be considerate enough to take my call to even attempt to lie to me or make the effort to complete what you've signed a contract to do. Will have to settle in court at this point.

Our issue has been fully resolved and we are quite satisfied with the outcome!!! Mr Hann worked with us to help us out and we are very appreciative!

I was promised certain things by the very polished salesman Shawn who was our initial contact. He was not a contractor but suggested many things for our new Hardie re-siding which we desperately needed. Any questions I asked he would answer but would readily say if it were a specific technical contractor question, the contractor would address prior to starting. I asked if I could do a walk through with the actual on-site contractor prior to our start and he said yes. He promised an unsurpassed level of quality, top notch crews, detailed website pictures of the progress and that Hardie Siding themselves would send out inspectors periodically to inspect Contract Exteriors work. The day of the start of the job I was to meet the contractor at 7:45 as I had to be at work at 8:30. He showed at 8:15 and we did a very hurried, incomplete walk through and a couple items, the contractor contradicted the salesman Shawn. Long story short, the promises made by the salesman were not fulfilled and I went to him directly ( as anyone should who has a problem with an individual prior to posting on social media), expressed my concern about his over-promised job and he simple stated that other than these 4 items lacking was I satisfied!? I then pointed out that light fixtures, electrical covers, gutter guard and downspout brackets were lost and one fixture broken by his crew. I pointed out they had reattached fixtures with interior drywall screw and hid wires in one fixture that a separate electrician found and revealed to us when we reported the light didn't work. At the final walkthrough, the contractor Derek fixed, repaired or replaced our punchlist and again I met with him and the salesman together and a second time expressed my disappointment with the overpromised/underdelivered discrepancies made by the salesman. They made no concessions in our price which was about 8K higher than equivalent bids. Before posting this and calling Hardie, I made an email request to talk to the owner Randy Hann directly. He has not returned my request to speak 'which again makes me question the 'top notch' service and quality of Contract Exteriors. Finally, the salesman said if we completed a survey, we would get a $50 gift certificate. I did complete the survey and after not receiving the gift card, called Contract Exteriors and inquired about it and have heard back from no-one; yet another unfilled promise.

I have worked alongside Contract Exteriors for a number of James Hardie siding installs. The communication between the installers and the customer is seamless. A good line of communications is paramount when you are completing large projects. CE has the systems in place to make sure that your project gets completed on-time without all the headaches.

Superb company. Demolished a huge in-room fireplace with resulting patching of the roof and living room floor. The entire house and attached 2 car garage and pool house were then reshingled. Also done was a major make-over of the master bathroom, including removal of a soaking tub, relocation of the toilet, and enlargement of the tile shower. The Contract Exterior company is manned by professionals who truly care about their customers. Don't waste your time with other vendors. Contracts Exterior should be your first choice!

Excellent workmanship, oversight and quality of the materials. However what was to be a 2 to a maximum of 3 week project turned into 3 months. In spite of the lengthy process, we love the look of our "new" home and our neighbors are highly impressed. If it were not for the delay, I would have rated 5 of 5 stars.

Please note that for me, 5 stars out of 5 is reserved for truly rare performance. Contract Exteriors performed very well- they quoted a price (which I believe was a fair price) when they said they would, they patiently and promptly answered all my questions, and most importantly, when we locked down the options, they gave me a date, and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. There were a couple of "visually questionable" areas that I pointed out after the install, and I believe one was fixed, the other was left as-is. Roof is performing and looking as expected. Overall, these people are one of, if not the best contractor experience I've ever had, and if I ever need any roofing work, I will call Contract Exteriors.

We used this company to renovate the exterior of our cottage at Kiawah Island. I was very impressed with the work. No short cuts were used and attention was paid to details. We used them to add several other improvements in addition to the exterior work. This including replacing the floor and ceiling on the screen porch as well as replacing the deck. We added lighting, under cottage decking, and a ceiling fan too. The cost for work at Kiawah can be outrageous. We found this company to be reasonable and a great value. Perhaps the best thing about Contrast Exteriors was their ability to deal with the very contentious and uncooperative ARB at Kiawah.
