This company never lets me down. Last year they provided a reasonably priced quote, came out to do the work on time, and completed it on schedule. This year, found a leak and not only did they send someone out within a couple business days, Jake repaired it on the spot at no charge (it turned out to be a simple sealing job). I would never hire anyone else for my roofing needs! Great customer service!

We recently had our custom home built by Todd & Brian Hartley and it was the best decision we could have made! They stayed ahead of schedule the entire time and within our budget. They are both very friendly, knowledgable, have great design and construction ideas and truly care about their clients. The sub-contractors that they use are of the same high quality that Todd & Brian are, every one of them exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend Hartley Homebuilding enough, they went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality!

We interviewed several vendors before we made the decision to go with Todd's company. We found his cost estimate to be the most detailed by far, very thorough and insightful as to the vision we expressed for our basement. We worked very closely with Todd and our project manager Brian throughout the building process. Even in our wildest dreams, our basement could not have turned out more beautifully. My husband and I very much relied on their creative vision and incredible attention to detail, thus ensuring a sophisticated yet inviting space. They had some very unique ideas for our fireplace, wet bar, and barn door areas that really added special touches to the room. We are incredibly pleased with the end product and look forward to many years of happiness in our gorgeous new basement.

I have worked with Todd for years in the course of my real estate business, and have many grateful clients who were glad for the referral to such an excellent contractor. So, when our own small rental house was nearly destroyed by fire, my first call was to Todd, who helped us with the restoration starting on day one. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we got a new house back onto the site as soon as possible, working within the limits of the claim. We used Hartley Homebuilding in both our previous home as well as our new home and could not be more happy with the work performed. In our last home we used them to get our home ready to sell. Prices were unbeatable and work was done as expected and work crews showed up on time as told We provided a much more strenuous and stressful project in our new home as we only had a few weeks to complete a complete kitchen overall, hardwood floors and painting the entire house. It was like crews worked around the clock to meet this deadline and again, our family could not be more happy with the work done. Hartley Homebuilding is a wonderful company that can be trusted and depended on to meet deadlines and expectations. Highly recommended for renovations or new home building. Hartley Homebuilding was fantastic to work with! We have a beautiful, well-built home that we constantly get compliments on! They have quality vendors and sub-contractors that they work with who really cared about the project. Neighbors throughout the build process told us how clean the job site was, how respectful the workers were to it being a quiet community and how everyone showed up and worked (very little breaks). The communication between us and Hartley Homebuilding was consistent and regular. They use a great online service called Co-Construct, which was SO helpful in centrally storing all our selections and conversations. It was easy for all of us to go back to prior decisions and discussions. I cannot say enough great things about Hartley Homebuilding!! I could not imagine embarking on a project of this magnitude with anyone else. The Hartley Homebuilding team is just incredible to work with. They are honest, ethical, sincere, and uphold the highest integrity. Their attention to detail is something magical, with nothing escaping their white glove attention.. So many of the seemingly small things they do are huge to us as novices in a project like this. Throughout every stage of the project the Hartley team has been patient, accommodating, and incredible to work with.
