I can't speakly highly enough of Homescapes. Lynette and her team. From start to finish, every detail was attended to. The crew was meticulous and the pride in their work was obvious. They were one of the hardest working crews i have ever worked with, sometimes not leaving until 6:30-7 at night to make sure the project stayed on time. Lynette's dad frequently visited the site to assess the status and to assist where needed. The project was in 2 stages since i was doing an addition on the back of the house and they were timely, responsive and perfectionists. I am thrilled about the new look of my house. The James Hardie product is stellar, but the installation and quality of the team is what really makes it. Thank you so much Homescapes--I would highly recommend to anyone in their service area!

Very professional company. Lynette, the owner was on top of every little detail. Carl the project manager, was on site daily and kept us the customer very informed of the progress of the project. No B.S, they tell like it is and then they make it happen. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Lynette Rogers and her professional, courteous, highly skilled team, have recently completed an elevated front entrance to our home. Despite uncooperative weather and two additional add on projects, the overall result was excellent, timely, and, on target with the original proposal. After innumerable "what if" questions, voiced at our initial meeting, Lynette's reply was simply, "we'll take care of it". And they did, perfectly.

Homescapes of NE replaced the siding and the windows on our home in 2011. The house was 25 years old and was not aging well. The siding needed to be repainted every 5 years and the windows were rotting. Lynette and Karl are a great team to work with. The new Hardie siding has not needed any maintenance and the Jeld-Wen windows are wonderful. The job site was clean every day when the crew finished. It was an amazing process. If we ever buy another house and need new siding and windows we will be calling Homescapes of NE. They are excellent.

After spending some time going over options for our 'ailing' house we realized that Homescapes of New England would give us what we needed in terms of longevity, future maintenance and features for our home. We budgeted a bit more than other products that we had quotes for, but for the scope of the project as well as what was involved Lynette, Karl and the amazing crew, gave us confidence that our Hardie decision was the right one. They communicated at every turn, when the unexpected, yet expected occurred, as well as updates throughout the project. Their knowledge of Hardie product, and construction in general was communicated in how the project was sequenced, how it was executed, down to the final walk through. The timeline stayed as close to the projection as the weather allowed. Our home is now healthy and attractive. Neighbors feel as though a new home was built on the lot. There is still buzz about how clean the site was left at the end of each day.

My wife and I have been planning our project for four years. This planning included the project details as well as selecting a contractor. The project consisted of Siding, trim, gutters, painting and the installation of three doors. Homescapes of New England was very helpful and patient with the many questions and concerns we had. Lynette's crew were very professional, neat and respectful at all times. They all did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I highly recommend her company.

Finding good contractors in New England is probably harder than getting a politician to tell you the truth. Lynette and Karl together with their team of employees and sub-contractors are one of those rare exceptions. Lynette's follow up speed is spectacular, Karl keeps everyone in line with ease. They were faced with a Frankenstein house full of surprises, but finished the project in time. Though slightly over budget, frankly it was fair. When you find empty bottles of gin in the walls, you know contractors in the 70's weren't exactly doing a great job, so you end up fixing their screwups. Siding looks great, windows were installed very well, gutters looks just right.

I feel very fortunate to have found Lynette, Karl, and the Homescapes crew. Without question, they are the very best contractor that I have ever worked with - I can't recommend them highly enough! My New Englander is circa 1900, and my project objectives were to retain the simplicity that I love, repair everything that needed to be repaired, and to use low-maintenance, high-quality products that would stand the test of time. From my initial consult with Lynette, I was impressed by her professionalism, thoughtful consideration of my objectives, and the great ideas she offered based on her extensive knowledge and experience. I was promptly provided a proposal, and any/all questions I had throughout the project were quickly and thoroughly answered. Project execution went smoothly. The crew was fantastic! Very professional and hard-working - true craftsmen. I appreciated their suggestions and willingness to explain everything to me. The scope of my project included new Marvin Wood-Ultrex Integrity windows, HardiePlank and HardieShingle siding with HardieTrim, a rebuilt garage with new Raynor garage door as well as Hardie siding to match my house, new Thermtru doors, new gutters, a new awning/roof over my rear entry, and a new Trex Select platform deck. Bottom line - on schedule, on budget, fantastic results! Not only were my objectives met, Lynette & company truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more 'house-proud', and compliments from neighbors as well as passersby have been numerous. Many thanks for a job well done & an exceptional customer experience!

We hired Homescapes to re-side with a portion of our house and large barn, and to install a triple-window and large glass sliding door. Their installation of Hardiplank siding and trim was exceptional and very good. The crew showed up early every morning and worked long days, cleaning up after each day. A few plants were trampled in the process, but appeared unavoidable. All punch list items were promptly completed.The initial visits were very professional and everything was well-explained. A cost estimate was provided within the week, and payment terms were reasonable. A 1 year no-payment, no interest financing option was also provided thru a 3rd party company. I would highly recommend this company, and its president Lynette Rogers.

Lynette is incredibly knowledgeable about Hardie products. She and Karl are meticulous in how the project is to be installed, and they do not look to cut corners. Lynette was very helpful in explaining how and why particular materials would work best in different areas of our home. We wanted to maintain the look of our 100 year old house. She certainly made that happen and we are very pleased with the completed project. Before this project, our house had peeling paint and was very run down looking. Since having the new Hardie siding, we have actually had people who are coming to visit us drive by, not thinking the house was ours! We've also had numerous neighbors (and even people walking their dogs) comment on how incredible our house looks, how great the crew was and how envious they are. Spring is upon us and we're noticing many people whose houses are in need of new paint and repairs. That is no longer a thought for us! So glad we did this!! We'd love to have Hardie houses all around us too!

Homescapes is a very well run, professional company. They knew their product, cost and came in to the do the job in a timely, expert manner. We had them reside our 3,500 square foot home, replace three 5x8 view windows and build a 700 square foot deck to our farm home. Every member of the team, from owner, coordinator and team labor employee were organized, respectful,, worked exceedingly hard and were expert as they paid attention to every detail of the project. Communication was excellent and all matters, expected and unexpected were handled with finesse. The end result is beyond what we hoped for. If anyone wants a project done in a timely, deadline respectful manner, at a reasonable cost for best materials and by an experts, we would highly recommend Homescapes. We will enjoy the work they did for us for years to come.

After months of research, we were thrilled to find Homescapes of New England for our siding, windows & sliders project! Their pricing is very fair, and the workmanship is beyond compare. They guided us in the absolute right direction in selecting materials, are highly knowledgeable in the installation process, and follow the manufacturer's installation instructions exactly. So we not only got the best materials for the job, but also the best installation process possible (which may not be as common as one would think). From the top down, they are professional, courteous and efficient - we were amazed at how quickly the job was completed. Additionally, the crew cleaned up the job site very well each day.
