JC Brothers General Contractor Siding Repair

They did a siding job over a year ago. They were quick to submit bills and get paid but I had a few places where the siding buckled and that sided over a place where I had an outdoor light. I informed them of the problems and they were very apologetic but a year later my siding is still buckled and my light is still covered over. “We will be there next week, we are working in a different area, we will be there Saturday, etc, etc. That is the difference between a quality firm that stands behind their work and this company.

I recently hired J.C. Brothers Construction for a very small office renovation project. It was a very simple job, but ended up being a horrible experience working with this company: The work was poor quality—many new walls were not built correctly, or flush/plumb. They installed some tile which cracked both at the grout lines and in the tile itself. They accidentally drilled many holes into a finished wood floor. There were many mistakes reading and understanding the drawings I issued, which led to more mistakes that needed to be fixed, sometimes multiple times. They also do not understand or follow building codes. There is almost no supervision of the workers, which also led to many preventable mistakes. They will say they can complete work by a certain day, but then no one shows up for days at a time and the work does not get completed by deadline. They will propose a price for work and then immediately increase the price, or say that the price they proposed did not include many obvious things that were clearly in the scope of work. They said they would include debris removal in their proposal, but then demanded I secure and pay for repeated dumpster deliveries. As an architect and consumer, I would never work with J.C. Brothers Construction again, and would never recommend them to a client or other architect.

I get Jc Brothers Construction for roof service. Jose did an amazing job coordinating with my insurance. I got the full replacement. his team was very professional and they did a fantastic job. What I thought would be a painful and long drawn out process was quickly put at ease thanks to Jc Brothers Construction. I would recommend them, for any job big or small because you would be in great hands!

Jose and his team have done a few projects for our house. These include siding, gutters installation and roof repair. On all the projects Jose has been professional and delivered quality workmanship. He understands projects quickly and is fast to generate a quote. The projects are done quickly and always within the scope. His rates are very competive. He also is very trustworthy and will be honest.

We called Jc Brothers Construction and explained the situation and they came next day. He identified several areas that needed repairs and got us scheduled for the fixes within days. The crew came out and worked hard to make sure everything was fixed. They did a great job and we were really impressed with their dedication and care.
