We hired Mark Smarduch and his company to strip off our aluminum siding and replace it with new Hardie siding, insulation, a new front door, 4 new windows and new gutters. Right from the start it was obvious that Mark has been in this business a long time...his keen attention to detail and desire for perfection is outstanding. He had a lot of good ideas and suggestions and was very honest about getting the most for available $. He was patient with us through the entire process and he and his guys showed up when they said they would and cleaned up well every day on the job. We continue to get compliments on how well our house looks and are very happy with the outcome. We'd do it all over again!

Met an awesome guy by the name of Mark. He was so helpful. Ask for him. I had a million questions, he answered each one. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything. Now my new siding looks great!

Very professional. Estimator was out more than once to make sure everything was included. Contract was presented in accurate, easy to understand form. Workers always cleaned up site at the end of every work day. All our questions were always answered. Would definitely recommend them.

I researched over 30 companies, and had 5 come out to my house to give me estimates to install new vinyl siding. I ended up going with Smardbuild, and I am very happy that I did. They showed up on time, and finished the entire job within a week. And the quality of the work is the best part. They are perfectionists! I have never seen attention to detail like this. They even went above and beyond the job requirements. They installed aluminum flashing around my sliding glass door to make it look nicer, and that was not even part of the job. And to top it off, they installed 2 new wall lanterns that I bought at Home Depot. The sliding glass door flashing and wall lanterns were installed free of charge. After the job was done, they cleaned everything up. If you are doing tons of research trying to find a reputable company that does top notch work, look no further. Hire these guys. You will be so happy you did.

Replaced all of our windows and siding. Excellent crew that fit us in on a tight schedule. The crew was clean and was not disruptive to the house. They do not cut corners and the final project was exactly what I wanted.
