Final product initially looked great, but the stain ended up peeling from our siding and they did not honor their 2 year workmanship warranty, claiming they "did the best we could". That's not how warranties work. Also found the company difficult to schedule the work, they didn't provide us with any updates, and had slow response times in general. Wouldn't recommend.

West Quality Construction replaced our roof this past summer. We were impressed with the quality of their work, their promptness, and their professionalism. We consulted with two other companies prior to hiring West Quality to do our roof. Their estimate was slightly more expensive than the other two companies, but the quality of our new roof is worth every penny! We could not be more pleased.

All of the crew especially Gab and Dan were very respectful during the replacement of our roof, cleaning the yard everyday after they were done for the day. The end result is fabulous. Love the fact the Francois was always communicating with us during the work, and that he made the final inspection ensuring all was perfect. Easy to do business with, very courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you for a beautiful new roof.

They replaced my roof which is big, high and steep - overhanging a ravine. It looks great. I really appreciated the detail given in the scope of work and their follow up. WQC care about doing a good job for their clients and have the right people to get the job done.
