Window Depot USA of Milwaukee

We had Window Depot replace an original picture window on our home, the Owner was able to show us some different options and even what the finished product would look like, we decided to expand the opening of the original window to make a much larger bow window fit, the amount of work was extensive, even got a new header put in, the installers were amazing they did fantastic work and we are looking forward to having them do our doors this coming year, would highly recommend Window Depot to anyone in South Eastern Wisconsin looking to remodel the exterior of their home.

Very disappointed with Window Depot USA. Their use of Hover, an instrument for measuring your house remotely without having a worker come to see the house in person, has led to not getting an accurate assessment of the siding, soffit, and fascia job I hired them to do. Two complaints: 1. The fascia on our porch is crooked and there are gaps where the soffit meets the fascia. 2. Asked to correct that issue and they said they needed authorization to fix the problem as it would cost them money! I paid them to do a decent job, but they continue to stonewall and so far have not completed the job. I paid them, but they have not completed the job.

To all window replacement customers, do your homework. I wanted to replace 10 windows in my home, I received 3 quotes ranging from $11K to $16K. Then I did my homework and decided to purchase the Provia Endure windows and the quote for just the windows was $6K. Meaning I was paying over $600 or more to install each window. For me that seemed to much per window and I found a separate installer who would measure and install the windows for $250 each. I did call and talk to Nate at Window Depot of Milwaukee to see if he could sharpen his numbers and he just justified his pricing with no adjustments. He also added that he would match any other bona fide quote I get. Be warned, If the salesman tells you that you will get your deposit back if you don't move forward, Window Depot of Milwaukee will find a reason to keep your money. I am out $200, but saved over $4k by not working with Window Depot of Milwaukee. Larry W
