“Mr. Klein has completed several projects at my house, all to my complete satisfaction. He traced and fixed a roof leak over my bonus room which had eluded the professional employed by the previous owners, then repaired and painted the damaged interior ceiling and wall. When I had settling cracks appear in my 14 year old property, he traced the problem to the absence of a footing which should have been installed during construction. He installed the necessary footing, working in a four foot high crawl space to do it, then repaired the cosmetic damage in the house. He also repaired some water-damaged sub-floor in preparation for installing new carpet. I have found Mr. Klein to be smart, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. The project cost below is for the installation of the footing and cosmetic repairs only.”

My wife and I started out with a big challenge for David (to turn the eyesore of the neighborhood into a place that we would be happy to call home), and he rose to the occasion and then some. The work product was second-to-none, and we keep coming back with new projects whenever we have a need. Ashley was a delight to work with as we gutted our living/dining/kitchen area, and she helped us create a space that our family loves to spend time in. The team at Lisle Architecture and Design is the best in town, and we can't recommend them highly enough!”

“B + O design studio coached us while designing our green forever home. They led us through the process of figuring out exactly what we wanted in our new home. They helped us to think through the space, flow, comfort, orientation, lot characteristics, native landscaping, etc. The end result was a home we love! We can't think of anything we would have done differently with the house or the process! Highly recommend!”
