We had a 26 module solar system installed on our home. CIR was very professional and were able to install earlier than promised. We found that any questions we had were answered promptly. They were very helpful with the process regarding the financing of the project.

After having solar installed on our Home, we were so impressed with the savings and the professional installation, we moved ahead of schedule with having our carriage house re-roofed so we could get solar installed while the subsidies are still in place. I did a lot of research and got several estimates.. I choose CIR and have no regrets. They did a great job from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They answered all my questions. They handled all the paperwork. I have and will continue to recommend them to other people.

I have nothing but praise for CIR! Their work is of the highest quality and very professional. When an inspector required additional structural work, CIR took care of the work without additional cost. CIR handled all the paperwork for both government grants for which I was eligible. In addition they appeared before the Buffalo Preservation Board to obtain permission for installing the solar panels, which was necessary since the property is located in an historic preservation district. My work schedule is very erratic and CIR was able to accommodate it. Each and every member of the CIR team was knowledgeable, punctual, polite and genuinely nice! I highly recommend CIR for any project requiring solar panel installation and monitoring!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: If you are considering adding a photovoltaic system to your home, I strongly recommend working with CIR Electric. CIR Electric worked with me and my builder, Natale Builders, on my new home construction project in 2012 to size, purchase, and install my photovoltaic system. The system is up and running flawlessly, and I love to watch the production numbers climb on the Enphase website that interfaces with my system. CIR installed a state of the art system, designed to maximize energy production efficiency, for a fair price. They use reputable suppliers with strong histories and longevity. Having researched the types of solar panels and systems beforehand, I was satisfied with CIR’s choices and impressed at their knowledge. The thing that left the most impression, though, was that CIR is very customer oriented. They were willing to work directly with me to refine their sizing analysis, refine cost estimates, provide information, and answer questions. They were very enthusiastic about solar as a new technology and an environmentally friendly energy solution. CIR is clearly excited about this kind of work and was supportive throughout the entire process. I am an engineer by trade and I was particularly demanding of technical explanations. They patiently answered all of my questions. CIR even put together a book of all the system’s specifications, diagrams, and technical details, including color photographs, for me. In short, they went above and beyond normal duties to win my trust and respect. I was impressed with everyone I worked with from CIR. The personnel at CIR were always on time for appointments, knew their stuff, were very friendly and professional, and even offered some support services beyond my expectations. For example, in the first month after the system was turned on, unbeknownst to me, CIR was monitoring my energy production via the website, and noticed that the solar panels were covered with snow for several days. They bought a solar panel snow rake and spent almost three hours one morning clearing the panels for me. My experience with CIR was very good and I would work with them again in the future, if the need ever arises.
